No, the property owner is solely responsible for granting permission, providing access, and coordinating details for location use. However, we do compensate all locations used in a production!

Yes. Lucky Locations represents the property owner and we are personally on set to ensure the location is treated with care by the crew. Additionally, we provide a certificate of insurance, therefore you are not held responsible for any incidents that could occur while on your property. Before we step foot in your home, we’ll discuss personal and valuable items that should not be moved, rooms that are off-limits, and any other important details to make sure everything is handled properly. We treat your home with the utmost respect, just like it’s our own!
